Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders for custom-manufactured canvas prints, wallpapers and related products (“Products”) placed through vividwalls.eu or by email with VIVID TRADE EOOD, UIC (ЕИК) 202878550, Iujen Park (South Park), bl. 90, 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria (“VividWalls”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@vividwalls.eu, +359 88 333 5778.
We sell to both consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade or profession) and business customers (B2B). Where a clause applies only to one group, this is stated. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that consumers have under EU law or the law of their country of residence.
2. Products — made to your specification
Almost all of our Products are made to order to your individual specification: printed with the artwork, image or design you choose, in the exact dimensions you request, on the material and finish you select. They are manufactured for you personally and cannot be resold to another customer.
3. Quotes, orders and conclusion of the contract
- Prices shown by our online calculators are estimates. After you submit an order request, we review your artwork and specifications and confirm the final price by email before production starts.
- The contract is concluded when we send you our written (email) order confirmation. Until then, either party may decline to proceed.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions, artwork and delivery details you provide. Production is based exclusively on the specifications confirmed in the order confirmation.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
- Prices are stated in euro (EUR) unless otherwise agreed. Bulgarian VAT of 20% applies where required by law; whether a displayed price includes or excludes VAT is indicated next to the price.
- For business customers with a valid EU VAT number outside Bulgaria, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply to intra-Community supplies.
- Payment terms (prepayment, proforma invoice, or agreed B2B terms) are stated in the order confirmation. We may withhold production or delivery until agreed payments are received.
5. Production and delivery
- We aim to produce most orders within 48 hours of confirming the order and artwork; production times are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding.
- We deliver across the European Union via courier. Delivery costs and estimated transit times are stated in the quote or order confirmation.
- For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes when you (or a person designated by you) take physical possession of the goods. For business customers, risk passes on handover to the first carrier.
- Please inspect the packaging on delivery and note any visible transport damage with the courier, then contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Important — custom-made products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (implemented in Art. 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply to “goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised”. Canvas prints and wallpapers printed with your chosen image, in your chosen dimensions and materials, fall within this exemption. Once we have confirmed your order and production has been scheduled, the order cannot be cancelled and the finished product cannot be returned for a refund on the basis of withdrawal.
If we ever supply non-customised, off-the-shelf items, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to those items and we will inform you of it before purchase.
This exemption does not affect your statutory rights if a Product is defective or not as described (see Section 7).
7. Defective or non-conforming products (statutory warranty)
- Consumers: you benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Bulgarian Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods. If a Product is defective, does not match the confirmed specification, or was damaged in transit, you are entitled to a remedy — repair, replacement (reprint), price reduction or refund — in accordance with the law.
- Business customers: you must inspect the Products promptly on receipt and notify us of any defects in writing within 7 days of delivery (hidden defects: within 7 days of discovery). Remedies are limited to, at our choice, reprint/replacement or credit of the invoiced amount for the defective item.
- To make a claim, email hello@vividwalls.eu with your order number and photos of the issue.
8. Artwork, licences and content
- You warrant that you own, or hold all necessary rights and licences to, any artwork, photos or designs you provide, and that printing them does not infringe third-party intellectual property, personality or other rights.
- You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from artwork you supplied.
- We may refuse to print content that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.
- We use your artwork solely to produce your order (see our Privacy Policy).
9. Colour and material tolerances
Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on a screen due to display calibration and the characteristics of textile and wallpaper substrates. Minor colour deviations and industry-standard dimensional tolerances (±0.5%) do not constitute defects. If colour accuracy is critical, ask us about a printed sample or proof before confirming the order.
10. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Subject to the above, towards business customers our total liability per order is limited to the amount invoiced for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profit) to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you additionally enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of habitual residence within the EU. For business customers, the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Consumer disputes: ADR and ODR
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. In Bulgaria, the competent bodies are the General Conciliation Commissions at the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите), 4A Slaveykov Sq., 1000 Sofia, kzp.bg.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order applies to that order.
